Emotions are Vibrational

You are human and are continually feeling throughout the day. Emotions are like vibrations, like plucking a string on a guitar. The vibrational chord on a guitar string can be felt in the body and emotions. Our thoughts are like the guitar string, they can trigger emotions that distract the conscious mind from making clear decisions.

Take the simple, small steps, without struggle to rekindle clarity, emotional wellness, and prosperity back into your life, to feel at home, to feel safe, to create the life you imagine.

Journaling

Turn intention into Action

Reflecting our thoughts into written word or images will show intention and motivation. The act of communicating to ourself is the first step to defining the world around us. Its like taking that first step as a child, we are curious, learning to keep our balance with each step, wondering if we’re going to fall. When we do fall, we learn to get back up and continue to explore the world around us. Our conscious mind is stimulated and we begin to understand the elements of nature and how they help us breathe, smell, taste, feel, and listen. Within the discovery, we recognize experiences that keep us strong, nurtured; our life energy restored each day. Each day is a new experience, making it necessary to use our intuition to grow toward wellness. The world around us is in transition and in turn we evolve around that transition within ourself, including how we emotionally respond to circumstances. Journal writing will help one to compare emotions of the past with emotions of today. When there is a reset, one is able to vision and create the future they imagine to be with confidence and clarity; feeling motivated to create a place within and without that brings harmony for oneself and those around us.

Some of these transitions include birth, social adjustments, family transitions, death, change of career, marriage, just to name a few. Life transitions can exhaust energy from the body. Somatic relaxation helps to recover energy on a cellular level and restore our constitution.
