Manifesting the Dream
Feeling’s are a key to great success. When understood, feelings guide us to our dreams, visions and how to implement them. What is a feeling? A feeling starts with a thought, a potential dream of what we want to become or manifest in our life. These thoughts are random and often are recognized while in a restful state of mind and body. Like a garden, we pick the flower that is most beautiful to add to the ambience of the home. The same is true of our thoughts, we pick what will add to the ambience of our life and purpose.
A selected thought meditated on each day, is a message to the body of our intention to manifest. The thought, which is electrical, is a message sent to the RAZ (reticular activating system) settled in the brain stem. Here the thought is transformed to a neural hormone, a feeling to the body and emotions. This is the time you get out the writing journal, the feelings felt will start to play a song, or write a story, or motivate to take action on the vision or dream. Ideas will continue to manifest each day, to lead one to their goal. The goal can be to create something new in life, or to heal from years of stress by renewing life energy, or to renew relationships that are precious to us. What ever the intention is, allow yourself to enter into a relaxed, lucid state of mind with the use of hypnosis, guided imagery, and acupressure to bring to life our vision and heartfelt intentions.
