Wellness practices started early in my career while apprenticing with Dr. Bill Mueller a psychologist who created the Mueller Method and coined the word, ‘holistic.’ While apprenticing I taught mind-body awareness classes within the curriculum. Dr. Mueller’s approach to establish a mind-body connection using guided imagery and acupressure to gain emotional transparency. This transparency gave the individual insight into their emotional intelligence and where it was leading them. This allowed for discovery of essential awareness to transform lifestyle choices for wellness.
